Vanhojen tanssit / The Dance of the Eldest

When the 3rd grade in high-school finishes there school and starts reading for the final exams the 2nd graders become the eldest of the school. That is celebrated with the Dance of the Eldest which is preceded by a month of practising old dances. Nowadays boys often get to dance twice - both on the 1st grade and 2nd - because there tends to be a lack of boys in high-school.

I was photographing hand-held with a flash and ISO 400-640 but stil you can see the movement in most of pictures. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not.
