Shanghai old town

The Yuyuan Garden is one of the "must" places to visit in Shanghai. It was originally built in the 16th century and is an excellent model of classical Chinese architecture. The three first pictures are from there.

The street view is also from the old town area of Shanghai. I wonder if it will still be there if I visit Shanghai again after 1-2 years.? The are was between two areas of high-rising apartment blocks and I am not sure if the Chinese understand yet the value of the more traditional cityscape.

The last picture is taken from the Huangpu river towards the modern Pudong area including Shanghais tallest building the World Financial Center which resembles a bottle opener.
